At Practica Learning we use Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a proven measure of response – to measure your participant’s reaction. Using NPS has helped us raise the bar on participant satisfaction so that our ongoing participant NPS now rarely falls below 70%.

We also capture verbatim feedback from each participant about their experience, so you have insight into what worked for each learner.

Measuring Level 2:
Learning

Learning, or the degree to which participants acquire the intended knowledge, skills, attitude, confidence, and commitment is typically measured with tests.

At Practica Learning, we benchmark every participant’s capability during their first scenario and then track their demonstrated performance improvement over the next few scenarios.

You will see not just the knowledge that participants have gained but how much their performance has improved: a far more valuable data point than a mark or test result.

Measuring Level 3:
Behavior

Behavior, or the degree to which targeted outcomes occur because of the training and, is typically measured months after the learning event has concluded.

By tracking performance of every participant, in every scenario and on every skill, Practica Learning can provide you with performance level data.

So, you see not just participant reaction and learning but also their ability to apply knowledge, perform skills and exhibit attitudes in a highly realistic simulation.

We provide you with performance analytics and reporting that you and your stakeholders will value greatly.

Measuring Level 4:
Results

Results, or the degree to which targeted outcomes occur as a result of the training, used to be measured only months after the learning event had concluded making it difficult to isolate the impact of learning from other factors.

Practica Learning will help you with the leading indicators suggested by Kirkpatrick’s research team. We will measure behavior change by incorporating short-term observations and measurements indicating that critical behaviors are on track to create desired results.

We can also provide the kind of benchmarking and assessment of skills that will help you confirm to your stakeholders that your learning solution has yielded demonstrable results indicating that the training investment is paying dividends.

We can assess an individual’s performance in significant client-facing or coaching conversations. Applications range from benchmarking, to current state measurement, to certification for new products or coaching.

Identifying how effectively participants are using skills at the beginning of a program can help set them up for success during their 1:1 Deliberate Practice. Evaluating effectiveness at the end of the program allows you to measure lift – which helps you measure behavior change and results.
