Each year, Manage HR recognizes the top and emerging diversity and inclusion service companies in Canada based on solution innovation and client outcomes.

Practica Learning was named for two specific capabilities:

  1. Integrating the safe practice of inclusion conversations into existing coaching, leadership, and sales programs.

  2. Helping business leaders practice the conversations that build a culture of psychological safety and collaborative learning.
